The weather suddenly became warm, and the temperature rose by more than 10 degrees at a sudden hula, and it felt like summer. The weather is hot, so making cold dishes is just too grand.

It may be a bit reluctant to position this dish as "the taste in memory", but I really haven't eaten the cold dish prepared with mustard noodles for a long time, so that I have to forget its taste.
I haven't used wasabi noodles to make cold dishes, because there is mustard oil, so this time I used wasabi noodles to make cold dishes after consulting the elderly at home. Although it is the first time, the taste is still good.

It was accidental to think of wasabi noodles. Once I ate a cold dish prepared with mustard oil, I suddenly remembered the cold dish that I ate when I was a child, which was made by simmering the mustard noodles with hot water to make the nose smelly. The cold dish prepared with mustard noodles simmered in hot water has that spicy, nasty, refreshing feeling, a feeling of "pain and happiness" of "tears flowing". The cold dish prepared with mustard oil is fake in the mouth, only spicy but not fragrant.

It is inevitable to have "tears streaming down your face" when eating mustard dishes. Our rural villages call mustard dishes "choking nose". You can imagine how comfortable it is after eating mustard dishes. Here I introduce two small prescriptions, which specialize in "tearing tears".

① Respiratory therapy: When eating mustard dishes, inhale through your nose and exhale from your mouth, because the spicy taste of mustard does not pass through the nasal cavity to reduce the pungent irritation (the mustard develops a pungent and pungent taste when heated).
②Smell the white wine therapy; when eating mustard dishes, put a small glass of white wine in front of you. When you feel that you can’t control the pungency of the mustard when you eat the food normally, you can lower your head and smell the white wine to relieve the pain of “stuffing your nose”. "

Tips:

1. The mustard noodles are prepared with hot water above 70°C in a ratio of 1:1, but do not use boiling water, otherwise the mustard powder will be "scorched to death". Cover tightly and simmer for 30 minutes.

2. Mix mustard and flour with water in a ratio of 1:1, and wipe it on the soles of your feet before going to bed to cure wind, cold and excessive phlegm.
