Grilled Ribs with Homemade Bbq Sauce, Crispy and Delicious, Melts in Your Mouth
1.
Mix all barbecue powder ingredients (9 kinds of powder in the table of materials), set aside
2.
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius)
3.
Cut the ribs, add a little lemon juice and mix well (if you don’t have to add it), spread the prepared barbecue powder on the surface of the ribs, and place them in a baking dish lined with tin foil
4.
Use a piece of tin foil to cover the entire baking tray (otherwise it will bake), put it in the middle of the oven and bake for 2 hours and 30 minutes (300 degrees Fahrenheit/150 degrees Celsius)
5.
You can make your own BBQ barbecue sauce while waiting. If you don’t want to be so troublesome, just buy commercially available BBQ barbecue sauce and skip the next step.
6.
Homemade BBQ sauce: Heat the wok, add onion and minced garlic until the oil is hot and fry until golden (about 2 minutes), add all the remaining barbecue sauce ingredients, turn to low heat, and simmer for about 25 minutes without covering the pot. Until thick
7.
After the ribs are cooked, remove the covered tin foil and discard any soup or oil in the baking pan. Brush a layer of BBQ barbecue sauce on the front, bake it in the oven for 5 minutes, take it out, turn it over, brush the sauce on the back of the ribs, and bake it for 5 minutes, and it’s done~ (My tin foil is not wrapped, so the dripping oil is all It’s a bit burnt, if that’s the case, it’s better to change to a piece of tin foil and continue baking)
8.
Start to eat ~ melts in your mouth🍖🥰
Tips:
Finally, when turning the ribs, you can wear gloves to turn it by hand (be careful to burn), otherwise the meat will be too soft and rotten, and it will be unsightly if it is easy to fall off the bone with chopsticks.
