Secret Mushroom Sauce

Remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash and set aside.

Shred the green onion with a knife and mince garlic

Take a bowl and add a tablespoon of sesame sauce

Add salt, sugar, pepper powder, ginger powder, white pepper powder, mustard powder, and soy sauce to the sesame sauce. Stir in one direction with chopsticks, and then let it sit for an hour. (This step is best done in advance)

Boil the mushrooms in a pot

Soak the mushrooms in cold water first, squeeze out the water and place them on a plate.

Sprinkle the prepared sauce on the mushrooms, then add the shredded green onions and garlic, and finally sit in the oil, add a few peppers and pour on the mushrooms. Mix well and serve.
