When the summer is hot, it is best to have a bowl of cold noodles, the spicy ones are more appetizing!

Cold Noodles

1. Peel and shred carrots

2. Marinate the shredded carrots with 5 grams of salt for ten minutes

3. Peel and shred cucumber

4. Put ginger and garlic, 1 tablespoon of cold boiled water, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, Chinese pepper oil, red pepper oil in the bowl, mix well and set aside for 10 minutes

5. Put the wonton noodles in boiling water, spread and cook for 3 minutes, remove and rinse in cold water

6. Put a small spoonful of salad oil on the noodles and mix well, then add shredded cucumber, shredded carrots, coriander, chopped peanuts and black sesame seeds

7. Sprinkle the prepared seasoning, stir well and enjoy
