1. Chop the pork into minced meat.

Second, put the mashed meat in a small basin, add chopped green onion, salt, ginger powder, chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, and water (a little), and stir evenly with chopsticks counterclockwise (one direction). The water will dissolve into the meat. Don’t mix it in the opposite direction, and the water will leak out. Mix the filling.

I bought wonton wrappers and started to wrap them. Use an induction cooker to boil water on the other side. Add a few drops of oil to the water. Dried shrimps. Soy sauce, vinegar, a little salt, add wontons after boiling. The pot does not need to be covered. Stir gently with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pan.

Put an appropriate amount of chopped cilantro and chopped green onion in a large bowl, and cook the wontons out of the pot! I added some white pepper and Laoganma chili. Serve! Delicious on the table!
