This is the first time I tried the pepper sprouts, scrambled eggs with it was delicious! Seeing that some people are cooking it, I tried it too, it was refreshing, but to be honest, I am a bit uncomfortable with it!

Ingredients

Cold Pepper Sprouts

1. Pick and clean the prickly ash buds purchased online

2. First wash with water and then soak it. I also added some powder for washing fruits and vegetables, or soaked in salt.

3. Rinse with pure water after cleaning again

4. Drain the water and set aside

5. I used half a salted egg white and cut it into small pieces

6. Prepare the sauce: add a spoonful of tahini in a small bowl

7. Add some warm water to dilute and add umami juice

8. Add balsamic vinegar

9. Add a little sugar

10. Finally add some sesame oil and mix well

11. Put the pepper sprouts and salted egg whites in a bowl

12. Topped with the adjusted sauce

13. Finally, add the minced garlic that has been chopped in advance, and mix well when you eat

Tips:

Because it is a raw mix, it must be washed. It is best to soak it in salt for a while. Because salty protein is added, no salt is added.
