Cold Pig Ears

Shred pork ears from the deli and set aside

Cut the scallion into thin strips and soak in a bowl with water

Shred cucumber and set aside

Pig ears, shredded green onions, cucumber, a pinch of salt, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, half a spoonful of a product, a spoonful of white sugar, after mixing well, wash and add a little chili powder
5.
Pour the chili oil in a hot pan, add two dried red chilies, pour the oil on the mixed chili powder, mix well with the pig ears with disposable gloves
Tips:
1. The pig ear itself has a salty taste without adding more salt
2. Using disposable gloves to grab and mix will make the mix more even and tasteful
