Cold Pork Skin Jelly

The skin of meat is cleaned and dried.

Cut skin jelly into slices. Mash the garlic into a puree.

Wash the coriander and cut into sections, blanch it with hot water, take out the squeezed water and add it to the basin. Add garlic and oyster sauce.

Add the very fresh soy sauce.

Add vinegar.

Just mix well.
