Cold Rice Noodles

Prepare ingredients and portions

Boil a pot of boiling water, add dry rice noodles and cook for about 8 minutes

The rice noodles are cooked to the point where they can be cut off with chopsticks
4.
Drain the rice noodles out of cold water and pour out the water
5.
Add the cold sauce to the rice noodles, add the side dishes, mix well and eat
