I bought Zheergen today and came back for a cold dressing. Add red pepper, coriander, ground ginger and Chinese pepper oil. It is slightly spicy, very refreshing, really good, buy it back and try it if you have a chance.

Ingredients

1. Prepare raw materials;

2. Fold the roots of the ears into small pieces and marinate them with a little salt;

3. Put the minced ginger garlic, coriander and minced red pepper from the salted roots into the bowl;

Tips:

1. There is no need to blanch the Zheergen, fold it into small pieces and add a little salt to marinate; 2. Put the coriander, minced ginger garlic, red pepper and other seasonings into the bowl of Zheergen evenly.
