Cold Sea Mushroom

Seafood sea mushrooms.

Put the sea mushrooms in a basin and soak them in a little flour and water for 10 minutes, then rub the sea mushrooms with both hands, rinse with tap water, and cut into sections.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. The sea velvet will be cooked until it's crispy, and it will be too cold.

Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, dried chili, pepper, and drizzle with boiling oil.
