Cold Seaweed
1.
Take out some dried seaweed
2.
Soak in water for half an hour
3.
The soaking is like this, don't be greedy to soak a lot, the ratio of dry to wet is about 1:10-15
4.
Then drain the water or squeeze the water by hand
5.
Pour oil into the pot, add seaweed and spread out, and stir-fry after the bottom is evenly heated
6.
Add Laoganma, and leave out if you don’t eat spicy food, stir fry soy sauce, vinegar and sugar
7.
Add sesame oil and mix well. Because the soy sauce and vinegar have moisture, be sure to fry the seaweed until the moisture has evaporated before turning off the heat.
8.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion, mix well
9.
Finished product
Tips:
Because the soy sauce and vinegar have moisture, be sure to fry the seaweed until the moisture has evaporated before turning off the heat, otherwise the seaweed will produce soft grilled steaks and will not be dry with watery juices.
