Cold Shrimp in Spinach Sauce
1.
Add water to the spinach and make a spinach juice.

Mix a bowl of pea starch with a bowl of spinach juice.
3.
Add 4 bowls of water to the pot.
4.
Pour the spinach juice starch paste.
5.
Stir continuously over low heat to make it sticky as shown in the figure.
6.
Drain into cold water with a colander.
7.
The cold shrimp is ready.
