Red Oil Pea Jelly

Prepare pea flour and small red oil

Put a cup of pea flour into a bowl, and the pea flour can be in a flat cup. Don't weigh it. According to the volume ratio

Add a cup of water and stir well to form a thin batter. The cup will continue to be filled with pea flour

Put four cups of water in a small pot, add 1 gram of salt, and heat on low heat until the bottom of the pot starts to bubble

Pour in the well-mixed pea paste, stir quickly with a spatula, stirring constantly

Stir until the batter becomes transparent and starts to bubble, then turn off the heat

Pour the pea paste into the mold, any utensils can be used, no oil is needed

It becomes pure white after cooling down completely

Inverted on the chopping board, sliced or shredded

Garlic, sesame juice (mixed in advance), small red oil, stir well
11.
Blended red oil sesame sauce seasoning
12.
Place the jelly on the plate, pour the seasoning and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The same container is used for the measurement of water and pea flour
2. Make sure to boil pea flour at a very low heat
