Cold Watermelon Peel
1.
Prepare the watermelon rind, garlic, onion and red pepper, and leave a little red melon flesh to look good.
2.
Peel off the outer green peel until the white peel appears.
3.
I used a skin scraper to scrape off the melon peel one by one. It feels that the thickness is quite suitable, and the operation is simpler. The skin on the bottom can be discarded. Just choose a thicker skin.
4.
Cut the onion, garlic and dried red pepper into small cubes, or use bright red pepper, I just use the dried ones. Heat the pan with cold oil, add it, and saute until fragrant.
5.
Add salt and pepper powder and fry for a few times to turn off the heat.
6.
Pour the scallion and ginger oil on top of the melon skin while it is hot.
7.
Add vinegar, taste very fresh, white sugar, sesame oil, and stir evenly.
8.
Other condiments, such as chili oil, pepper oil, cooked sesame seeds, etc. can be added, especially sesame seeds, which feels very delicious. . .
