The dumplings stuffed with pork and watermelon skin are especially delicious and healthy dumplings.

Pork Dumplings Stuffed with Watermelon Skin

1. Add water to the wheat flour to form a dough and let stand for a while

2. Watermelon peel to green

3. Remove the green watermelon rind and rub it into pieces, add salt to kill the water

4. Squeeze the water from the watermelon rind

5. Black fungus chopped

6. Add ginger, oil, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper to the pork filling, stir in one direction
