Watermelon Peel Mung Bean Soup

Wash mung beans and soak in water;

Tips:
1. The red meat part and the green part of the watermelon rind should be cleaned. 2. Boil the mung beans softly before adding the watermelon rind. If the watermelon rind is boiled for too long, the taste will not be good.
