Melon Peel and Bean Dregs Omelette

Wash the peeled melon.

Use a scraper to scrape off the green skin of the watermelon rind.

Chop the watermelon rind from which the green rind is removed.

Put the watermelon rind and tofu residue in a container. Beat in two eggs.

Add wheat flour, salt, monosodium glutamate and white pepper and stir.

Stir it into a batter.

Turn on the electric baking pan, add oil and spread evenly, pour the cake batter, the size of the cake is up to you, cover the pan and fry.

Fry for 3 or 4 minutes, turn the cake over, cover the pan and continue to fry. The cake will be cooked after 3 or 4 minutes of frying.
