Cold White Fungus

1. Main ingredients: Tremella, carrots. Accessories: sesame oil, salt, red oil, sugar, garlic, very fresh, vinegar

2. Soak the white fungus in warm water for 30 minutes

3. Take out and cut off the hard lumps of the pedicle, tear it into small flowers and wash

4. Cut carrots into thin slices, blanch them in water, and rinse with cold water

5. Mash the garlic with a garlic masher

6. Add salt, vinegar, very fresh, sugar sauce

7. Mix the white fungus and carrot slices together, pour the sauce and mix well

8. Add red oil

9. Add sesame oil and mix evenly

Tips:

Tremella should be fully swollen and hair should be soaked in warm water. It should not be too long. Those who cough due to wind-cold and phlegm caused by dampness and heat should not use Tremella with caution in patients with exogenous wind-cold, hemorrhagic disease and diabetes.
