Cold Yellow Mustard

Put the yellow beard in boiling water and cook for a while.

Take it out of the boiling water and let it pass in cold water. The water is 㨅字㨅 (this picture shows the yellow beard after about 2 catties of water).

Use garlic, vinegar, light soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Personal taste, if you add some Laoganma tempeh, it will be more delicious. Note: Do not add salt, as the whiskers themselves are salty.
