Cold Yuba

Soak the yuba in warm water at about 40 degrees for 3-4 hours.

Cut the yuba into silk.

Cut carrots, green peppers, yellow peppers into shreds, and cut garlic into slices.

Put water in the pot and let the water boil the yuba.

When blanching carrots, put some oil in the pot.

Put the yuba, carrot, pepper, garlic slices in a container, add salt, white sugar, apple cider vinegar sesame oil and mix well. Put half of it on the plate. If the other half likes spicy food, add chili oil and mix well.
