Coleslaw

Take appropriate amount of nourishing cabbage for later use.

Clean it up.

Boil water in a pot.
4.
Fish out too cold.
5.
Chop garlic and add chili powder.

Dehydrate the cabbage and put it on a plate, pour in the hot oil to stir out the garlic, add soy sauce and salt and stir evenly on top.

Seasonal and delicious, perfectly presented.

Tips:
Eat freshly mixed, delicious. Don't add vinegar, it will turn yellow!
