Coleslaw

1. Soak the purchased stone cauliflower in warm water for 2 hours to soak.

2. Chop garlic cloves, shred green peppers and black fungus (soaked hair), remove seeds and cut dried chilies into sections.

3. Wash the soaked agar-agar and put it in a basin.

4. Put a little base oil in the pan, heat up, add the chili section, and fry until fragrant.

5. Add the agaric and blanched fungus, garlic diced, green pepper, light soy sauce, salt, and sugar, mix well, and pour in chili oil.
