Colorful Crystal Jelly

Wash the fruit, dice the mango, and soak the gelatine slices in cold water.

Core the cherries and break 2 petals, and put the fruit pellets in the mold. This is the 6-mold cake I used.

After the gelatine tablets are soaked softly, add water, then heat 50 degrees over water, and stir to dissolve.
4.
Pour the dissolved gelatine into the mold, and put more fruit. This is the amount of 6 consecutive molds.
5.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to solidify.
