In the late spring and early summer, a large number of fruits are on the market. Among the many fruits, I especially like mango and dragon fruit. I watched a fast food brand launch a fruit pizza, and tried a copycat. The taste was much better than expected. I made a 7-inch and an 8-inch, but 4 people were not enough

Colorful Fruit Pizza

1. Prepare the pizza base ingredients and weigh out the required amount

2. Put all the ingredients in the main recipe into the bread machine and let the dough rise for 48 minutes (the dough includes kneading and one fermentation)

3. After kneading the dough, pull a glove mask smoothly

4. Organize the dough and continue to ferment

5. Fermentation is complete, about 2 times the size of the fermentation

6. The dough is divided into 2 doughs (7 inches and 8 inches) according to the ratio of 0.45:0.55

7. Take a large dough and roll it into an 8-inch round dough

8. Put the dough in the greased pizza pan, poke a small hole in the dough with a fork

9. After the 2 doughs are ready, put them in the oven to rise for 20 minutes

10. When the dough is fermenting, peel the fruit and cut into small pieces. The canned yellow peaches are dried with kitchen paper.

11. After fermentation is complete, use a small spoon to push out the edges of the pizza

12. Cover the pizza dough with a piece of tin foil and spread the beans to prevent the dough from swelling during the baking process

13. Put the pizza dough into the bottom layer of the preheated oven, heat 130 degrees, and bake at 170 degrees for ten minutes

14. Spread an appropriate amount of salad dressing on the pizza dough, and then add an appropriate amount of shredded mozzarella cheese

15. Put an appropriate amount of fruit cubes

16. Put an appropriate amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on the fruit

17. Place the pizza dough on the bottom of the preheated oven

18. Heat the oven to 190 degrees, and bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes. The mozzarella cheese that is grilled to the surface is melted and ready to go out.

19. Squeeze the right amount of salad dressing on the pizza, it tastes better

Tips:

1. The second-fermented fruit pizza tastes softer, if you find it troublesome, you can make a single fermentation
2. Baking the pizza embryo first after fermentation can prevent the mozzarella cheese from falling off after baking the pizza for a long time
3. The temperature and time of the oven can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual use of the oven
4. Try to choose fruits with low moisture content, such as mango, banana, dragon fruit, etc. Canned foods should be dried with kitchen paper
