Colorful Garlic Oysters

3. The time for steaming oysters is not certain, it needs to be determined according to the size of the oysters, because the oysters I chose are relatively large, so I steamed them for 8 minutes

5. Some people will ask whether the oyster meat should be washed or not. In fact, if the oyster shell is tightly closed when you select the oyster, you can open it directly. The inside is clean. If you feel it is not clean, you can rinse it with water.
