Mixed Bamboo Shoots

Boiled soft bamboo shoots,

Shred, cut some rice peppers,

In a bowl,

Sprinkle with salt,
5.
Drizzle with vinegar,
6.
Drizzle with sesame oil,
7.
Top with light soy sauce, fresh oysters and spicy sauce.

Stir well and let it taste for 15 minutes.
9.
Ready to serve.
Tips:
The small bamboo shoots are dehulled and boiled in boiling water.
