1. The noodles (20 grams) must be scalded with boiling water (more than 10 grams), then knead into dough and put in a fresh-keeping bag for later use.
2. Glutinous rice flour, add lard, sugar, warm water and knead dough
3. Knead the two doughs together for the Cheng noodles and glutinous rice noodles, and knead them for a while.
4. Then divide into several doughs
5. Add the required matcha powder, cocoa powder and (red I am a mixture of pomegranate powder and red yeast rice powder, you can do whatever you like)

The filling is optional, and you can also use vegetable juice and noodles to change the color.
