Colorful Jelly--broken Glass Jello
1.
3 boxes of 3 ounce boxes of jelly powder (Jell-o) or other brands, choose different colors. I chose orange (orange), lime (green) and blueberry (blue). You can also choose other colors or add colors.
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (that Knox stuff)
1 can of 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (sweetened condensed milk)
2.
According to the instructions on the jelly powder package, make each flavor separately. Pour the jelly powder into a cup of boiling water (Picture 2), and then stir constantly to completely dissolve the powder in the water, about 2 minutes.
3.
Then add a cup of cold water.
4.
Then pour it into the prepared container, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified. It usually takes more than 4 hours or overnight. I waited for about 6 hours.
5.
Three colors made.
6.
After taking the solidified jelly out of the refrigerator, cut it into small pieces (Picture 6), and then carefully pour the three-color jelly pieces into a 9*13 inch/22*33 cm baking pan.
7.
Pour two packets of unflavored jelly powder into 1/2 cup of cold water in another container.
8.
Then add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and stir until it is completely dissolved, then add a can of sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
9.
Then, when it cools, pour it into the mixed jelly cubes, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
When eating, take it out and cut into pieces or shapes you like.
Tips:
Lucy reminder:
1. Domestic friends may use jelly powders with different names, as long as they are jelly made. You can choose other colors, or you can add colors, but too many are a bit messy.
2. Be sure to buy sweetened condensed milk, it tastes just right and not very sweet.
3. If you want to make it more beautiful, you can also cut it into other shapes.
4. Tips for cutting jelly: I am afraid that the shape will be broken when cutting, or it is difficult to take out after cutting. You can dip the knife and shovel to be cut in hot water, and put the bottom of the baking pan in the hot water. Soak it for a few seconds and then take it out. It is easy to cut and shovel with a knife and spatula soaked in hot water, and the removal is complete.
