Colorful Mushrooms

Cut off the roots of the mushrooms, wash them, and drain the water.

Pick the head and tail of the sweet bean, tear off the thick silk on both sides, and wash it.

Remove the seeds and cut the colored pepper into small pieces.

Peel and slice carrots.

Heat the oil pan, add the carrots and sweet beans, stir fry, sprinkle a little water and cook until they are broken.

Add the mushrooms and bell peppers and stir well.
7.
Add oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry, cook for about 2 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.
