Colorful Steamed Egg

Cut preserved eggs into molds.
2.
Cut the ham into four slices and put on top of the preserved egg.
3.
Separate the three egg whites and yolks.
4.
Break up the egg whites, pour in the egg whites as shown in the picture.
5.
Steam for ten minutes on the pot.
6.
Break up the egg yolks.
7.
Pour in egg yolk and steam for five minutes.
8.
Steamed and demoulded.
9.
The slices are plated and finished.
