Colorful Vegetable Noodles

1. Wash all kinds of vegetables and cut them for later use. Note that the old pumpkin should be steamed and cooked!

2. Blanch the spinach and cut into sections, add the ingredients to the vertical machine, and make a juice. Be careful to add half of the water

3. Tomato juice

7. Add 80 grams of spinach juice to 200 grams of flour

8. Pumpkin has a different moisture content because of steaming, so I watched it while putting it.

12. Every color and one surface. Do it in five times. The cook machine can be adjusted to gear 2

13. Knead the five doughs and set aside. Because the noodles are made by a chef's machine, the dough should be dry and not soft.

14. Divide the spinach dough into small pieces and put them into the feeding port of the dough extruder. Turn on the second gear of the cook machine to get the noodles.
After the noodles come out, sprinkle some flour on the top to prevent sticking.
