It’s still a pizza with a crispy bottom, but with a square hole in the middle, a bit like ancient copper coins! "

Copper Coin Pizza

1. Put about 70 grams of warm water and 1 gram of yeast into the bread bucket and mix

2. Start the kneading program after adding the flour

3. Add some olive oil to the dough for basic fermentation. The bread machine fermentation program I use is just covered with a wet cloth

4. Vent after the dough is fermented

5. Roll into baking pan size dough

6. Put the dough into the baking tray, make the side of the cake, mark a big "ten" with a knife in the middle

7. Prepare the ingredients, put the bacon and miscellaneous vegetables into a frying pan and fry

8. Cut the ham into sections and cut the green peppers for later use

9. Spread homemade pizza sauce, pierce some small holes with a fork, and wrap the middle dough with sausage to form square holes

10. Sprinkle cheese evenly

11. Sprinkle evenly with bacon and green peppers

12. Sprinkle the cheese evenly again

13. Put it in the oven and heat 250 to 210 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes

Tips:

When it was first baked, the four corners in the middle might be uplifted. I pressed a small cake mold in the middle!
Add meat and vegetables according to your own preferences, and control the amount by yourself! I have plenty of it!
I make the pizza sauce in advance, or you can buy ready-made ones!
