Corn Flakes and Melon Seed Pralines

Put the sugar on a low heat to melt

It's easy to boil it and it can be drawn out. Stir it from time to time, and be careful not to pull it.

Pour the corn flakes and melon seeds into the pot

Turn off the heat and stir evenly

I don’t have a mold, take a plate and apply some oil, and pour the mixed melon seeds into it and compact it.

Cut into pieces while it's hot, let cool, and put in a fresh-keeping bag.
Tips:
Be sure to pull the syrup well, don't over pull it, mine is a bit overdrawn, and the taste is a bit bitter, so pour it in immediately if it can be drawn.
