This is a mooncake with a different skin from previous mooncakes. Its skin is crisper and absolutely delicious.

Peach Meringue Moon Cakes

1. Mix the oil, egg liquid, and caster sugar

2. Beat with a whisk

3. Stir it evenly and mix in the flour

4. Crumpled up

5. Mix all the filling parts together

6. The fillings and mooncake crust are divided according to the ratio of 1:1.5

7. Spread the skin

8. Put on the filling

9. Closed spheronization

10. Press forming with die

11. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 13 minutes
