Corn Golden Fried Rice

Wash the corn and break off the corn kernels

Eggs are beaten with 5 grams of salt

Put the rice in the egg mixture and mix evenly so that each rice grain is covered with egg mixture

Heat oil in a pot, add rice and fry until loose and distinct
5.
Add the corn and fry it
6.
Sprinkle with a little green onion and eat

You can add chopped green onion, garlic sprouts, or minced celery according to your personal taste. I like the original strong egg flavour, so I didn’t add it
