Corn Grits with Red Dates

Soak the corn grits in cold water overnight and cook the porridge in the morning.

Wash the red dates, add water to the pot and cook the porridge with the corn grits.
3.
After the high heat is boiled, simmer on medium heat for 40 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
