Corn Mashed Potatoes

Steamed potatoes and eggs

Half of the corn is grated and half of the grains are put in the pot and steamed for 10 minutes

Crush the small potatoes and eggs, pour in the steamed corn and stir evenly

Stir the sausage in the microwave for 1 minute, chop it, pour it into the mashed potatoes, stir, serve, and garnish with salad dressing
Tips:
The potatoes are steamed and put in ice water. They are super easy to peel.
