I like to eat braised rice. The rice cooker is simple and you can put all kinds of ingredients you like. Today, I made a potato stew with pork and green beans. It’s not too delicious~

Braised Rice with Pork and Potatoes

1. First prepare all the ingredients.

2. Soak the rice for half an hour after washing.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil it. Cook the green beans, remove them and drain them for later use.

4. Peel and wash the small potatoes and cut into small dices, and cut the carrots into small dices.

5. Wash the pork belly and dice the onion.

6. Heat the pot and pour peanut oil to heat, sauté the onion first, and then add the pork belly.

7. Stir fry quickly over high heat until the onion and pork belly change color.

8. Put potatoes and carrots on top.

9. According to personal taste, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

10. Add pepper powder to increase the taste.

11. Finally, pour in the light soy sauce for seasoning and toning.

12. Stir-fry the high heat quickly until all the ingredients are broken and discolored, then turn off the heat.

13. After the soaked rice is washed, pour it into the Konka rice cooker and pour an appropriate amount of water.

14. Pour the fried pork, potatoes and carrots on top.

15. Close the lid of the rice cooker and activate the fine cooking button to start steaming.

16. When the time is up, the fragrant pork and potato rice comes out of the pot, sprinkle with cooked green beans, and stir all the ingredients evenly with a rice spatula to enjoy.

17. The fragrant glutinous rice stew is delicious, nutritious and delicious, and a bite is super satisfying.
