Beef and Potato Braised Rice

Beef diced, marinated in soy sauce cooking wine with minced ginger for 15 minutes. Dice the onion, stir fry with garlic and ginger, then add the diced beef

Add water and simmer for 30 minutes

Add rice to the rice cooker, add beef and sauce together and cook for 40 minutes
4.
Sprinkle shallots on top
