Corn Millet Soy Milk

Ingredients: 1/2 cup of soybeans, 1/3 cup of corn ballast, 1/5 cup of millet, 1200 ml of water

Wash corn ballast and millet separately, wash soybeans and drain. Pour all the materials into a beating bucket together and soak in clean water overnight.

Tips:
The corn ballast and millet can be washed twice or three times. Excessive washing will cause the loss of nutrients.
Drinking soybean milk with residue is more nutritious. If you don't like the taste of residue, you can drink it after filtering.
