Corn Pie

Wash the prepared corn kernels and set aside

Take the pot and add water, pour in the corn and cook for five minutes, remove and drain the water

Pour in the right amount of starch and glutinous rice flour

Heat up a pan with an appropriate amount of cooking oil, pour into the corn kernels, spread and fry on a low fire for three minutes to set

Add the oil again and fry the corn over medium heat for three minutes
