Yam Corn Pork Bone Soup
1.
Put the pork bones in a casserole with cold water. The amount of water is about 2 to 3 times that of all the cooking ingredients (because I bought local pork today, so there is no blanching. If you usually buy ordinary pork, it is recommended to blanch the pork bones first) , Bring to a boil on high fire.
2.
When the water is about to boil, there is a lot of scum. Quickly skim off the scum, add salt, ginger slices, and turn to low heat.
3.
Cut the yam into pieces with a hob and cut the corn into pieces.
4.
Put yam in the pork bone soup and simmer for about 20 minutes, add corn and simmer for about an hour. The soup is ready!
Tips:
The yam can be simmered for a while, so put it before the corn. When the soup is stewed, don't always stir it so that the soup is brighter. The fire is small, and generally won't stick to the pot.
