Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare fresh fruit corn segments

Prepare fresh ribs

Prepare winter melon chunks

Prepare the seasoning

Boil the ribs in boiling water, then add the ribs, corn segments, winter melon cubes, carrot cubes, and seasoning to stew in water. The water has to be over the vegetables. If possible, simmer in a casserole for one to two hours. I used a pressure cooker to stew in a hurry.

After the stew is done, add some salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, and chopped green onion.
Tips:
In summer, I sometimes don’t want to eat, but it’s a good choice to drink light and nutritious soup. This soup is rich in vitamins and protein and is suitable for all ages. It is a traditional dish in my family, and my mother always reminds me to drink it at least once a week.
