Corn Porridge with Wolfberry

1. Frozen sticky corn kernels do not need to be thawed, just add water to boil

2. Cut the cooked corn kernels into small pieces for later use

3. Soak the wolfberry in warm water for a while

4. Take fine cornmeal

5. Add cold water and stir to make a paste

6. Add about three times as much water as the corn batter to the milk pan and bring to a boil

7. Pour the corn paste

8. Stir and boil to prevent muddy bottom

9. Pour in the chopped corn kernels and goji berries

10. Boil again

11. When you eat too much greasy food or have no appetite, it's good to drink cornmeal porridge.
