Yam Tortillas

One yam peeled and sliced

Cut the slices into the food processor

Add 2 eggs

Beaten up

Add fine cornmeal and stir to form a dense paste

Add some chopped green onion

Electric baking pan pour oil

Spoon into the batter and fry into small cakes

Fry on one side, turn over and fry the other

The fried is soft and delicious
