Beef Noodles

Mix the dough with cold water and knead smoothly.

Sprinkle the flour (fine cornmeal) and roll the flour out.

Sprinkle the noodles evenly on the rolled dough, fold and cut the noodles.

This is cut noodles.

Heat the cooked beef to a boil. (This is the beef stewed yesterday)

Cut the coriander into sections and the green onion into cubes.

Boil the noodles in water, add the noodles to the boil, boil twice to remove. This is cooked noodles.

Pour over the stewed beef and beef broth, the amount according to your taste. Sprinkle with coriander and diced green onions. (Add vinegar and chili oil at will)
9.
Finally, add a little noodle soup to complete a bowl of fragrant noodles.
Tips:
Don't mix the noodles too hard. Use fine cornmeal to make the noodles so that the noodle soup is clear.
