In order to reduce the calorie intake, I did not put any salad dressing in this vegetable and fruit salad. Instead, I used olive oil and crushed black pepper to taste. I thought that this vegetable salad would be a little tasteless without the salad dressing, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. The olive oil not only retains and highlights the original taste of the ingredients, but also has a unique fragrance. Occasionally, the taste of crushed black pepper is very amazing.
