Braised Rice with Pork and Vegetables

Slice the potatoes, break the corn, cut carrots and pork into small cubes, and then put them into bowls for later use

Heat the pan, put some oil, and heat up

Add meat cubes and stir fry until the color changes

Then add diced carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly

Add the potato chips, and fry all the ingredients until half cooked

Add two more bowls of rice and stir fry evenly

Then add half a bowl of water, add a little salt, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, and stir-fry evenly. Cover the lid and simmer the rice

Keep simmering until the soup is dry, and the soup should be dry, or it will become rice with soup, sprinkle with chopped green onion, stir fry and it will be out of the pot.
