Sausage Braised Rice

Wash potatoes, peel, dice, and set aside; wash sweet corn and green beans and set aside

The sausages were poured at home last winter. I didn’t finish eating them and kept them in the refrigerator. Remove the casings, slice them, and set aside.

Potatoes, corn and peas blanched~

Pour oil in the pan, pour the sausage and stir fry

Stir-fry until the sausages are slightly discolored, then add the blanched vegetables and stir-fry, add a proper amount of oyster sauce to freshen up, and season with a proper amount of salt before serving

Measure a bucket of rice, wash it, put it in a rice cooker, pour the sautéed sausage and vegetables into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, the amount of water can be slightly more than usual for cooking rice~

Select the "quick cooking" mode, because the cooking time is a bit late, so I chose this mode~

You can smell the scent during the cooking process. When the time is up, open the lid, and the scent comes out even more~

Tips:
When seasoning ingredients such as fried sausages, you should put oyster sauce and salt according to your own taste ~ sausages have a salty taste, so you don't need to put too much oyster sauce and salt~
